  • Who would have thought this song that only made it to no.12 in '59 would make everybody forget the other 12 a half century later....

  • @knowallcity Because those guys in those days they didn't have the sixth sent to know what was good music.

still the same these days, they work for money not because the have good taste for the music,

  • was written on a brown bag in the back seat of a car[true story] jimmy told this on a oldie show.....written by jimmy and others...phil spector said jimmy has the best voice in this era .the 60s

Janet Vogel Rapp's son Gavin is presently shooting an indie film of the story of her life, called "Since I Don't Have You." Find our fan page on Facebook. Thanks for your love and support, Skyliners fans!

  • @eshejh Many nights hitching a ride to Slickville the Appella Street Corner group would entertain us. What a great life, growing up in Western Pa. Porky, Skyliners and of course the Slickville Appella Street Corner Group.

  • @eshejh What a great song! A reminder of a period when life was so much better in so many ways, before Vietnam, a tsunami of hard drugs and the pursuit of false happiness built on borrowed money. G-d help the young people in high school and college. We turned our beautiful country into a third world shithouse in barely two generations.
