I am in the US and have made some black pudding and god's holy trousers it is so good !
To me it tastes like the meat only more condensed, You Britt's have got it made with all of the different types of food.

Its funny, Americans find blood sausage rather gross, but like their beef steak 'bloody'.
Personally, I find 'blue' steak with blood pouring out rather gross, and prefer my blood cooked.

did you make this or did you buy it? I would love to see a video on how to make this. My grampa made this but before he died and we could not get the recipe from him. He used ducks blood in his recipe. could you Help me out? just fyi he was 100% polish from poland
