Some things I forgot to mention are the drop free magazine; the magazine only ejects about half a centimeter if there is a round in the chamber and still one in the magazine, but it ejects fully otherwise. it's a nice feature to have. The sights on this particular model are fixed and they feature a slight glow, but they are not night sights; they merely illuminate very, very faintly in darkness. The stock grips are plastic, but they are very comfortable. The slide release is somewhat far from the strong thumb but requires very little pressure to release it on a loaded magazine. The most obvious feature is the internal slide rails. The slide rides on the inside of the frame. This does not, in my opinion, make the slide harder to manipulate since there are no slide mounted controls (unlike the Jericho 941). If anyone so desires, I can post a disassembly video.

I payed $575 for this gun, which is a little expensive for a CZ, but I got it from a dealer brand new, and the prices of guns have gone up recently. In addition, CZs are becoming more popular in recent years.

  • Yes, you can get a stainless CZ 75B. It's gorgeous.

  • @MrNeedsdecaf I agree. I'm usually not much for entirely stainless pistols, but the CZ 75B is an exception.

  • the first hand gun you have ever owned? give me a break. throw that baretta in the garbage can. i've never had a jam with a 75. i shoot all kinds of ammo in a 75. buy 1k rounds at a time. 115 grain. trust me. .10 cents a round. a $1.6 per round?, lol. your a fool.

  • @TheTheratfarmer Were you drunk when you watched this? The $1.60 ammo was premium hollow point ammo for self defense (Corbon DPX); I don't shoot it at the range. This gun jammed like crazy when I first got it because it had a bad extractor spring; I replaced it, and now it works great. It's the first hand gun I purchased on my own, yes. What's wrong with Berettas? They're good guns.

  • Actually it's an alloy frame I believe. (I may be wrong)

  • @TheSilas324 Nope, all steel, and you can feel it :) I think the PCR and P-01 have alloy frames though.

  • aim surplus.

  • @Riflemanm16a2 Can you please tell me how long the trigger reset is by actually pulling the trigger and holding it down while racking the slide back (dont just pull hammer back) then letting the finger go slowly forward? THanks.

  • is it on sale becouse i would buy it

  • @therealhazel Most of the states have some form of open carry; however, my state totally bans it (as do two neighboring states). An open carry bill made it all the way to the Governor last year, and he vetoed it. It was supposed to be proposed again this year, but it was blocked somehow. It kinda sucks, but I don't know if I would do it very often if I could.
