yep! they don't always though, if you watch the videos from their own concerts rather than tv appearances etc.
it's easy to tell with DD, Simon makes NO effort to keep his miming in time haha.
Plus, if you watch their live performances which aren't mimed, he hardly ever just sings a song the way it is on the recording - he changes it a bit, or at the very least his voice sounds different because he's jumping around (which it should!!).
