BP CEO Tony Hayward talks with reporters on May 4, 2010, after meeting with Florida Sen. Bill Nelson in Washington. Video by Alex Leary, St. Petersburg Times.
Fuck you Mr. Hayward, no really, fuck you. You can't keep check on your own company and fuck everyone in the ass by doing it. Hope you're fine with Chuthulu's reign...
@iseepinkelefants Fait enough. I was talking about the style of the upper management of BP in general. As for Mr. Hayward, I have no opinion, as I do not know what he is like. I reckon he must be OK, as the staff will tell you the truth. That is probably the reason why they are throwing him to the wolves. It is typical of a scoundrelous organisation to act in this way. No wander he wants to take them for every penny. I also know the staff are competent there. That is why BP is successful.
@Reghander That's bothered me the most too. Suddenly the American media wants to throw "British" into everything. It's disgraceful. Obama and his hate for all things British isn't making this any better. I don't why this has to be a British/American bashing. The majority of BP's board is American! It seems like this is the final nail in the coffin for our "special relationship".
@SugarTomAppleRoger I can see that coming from a douche like Svenberg (chairman). For me he's worse than Hayward. His attitide and arrogance rubs me the wrong way. You can tell that man has no respect for anyone beneath him.
I have heard about the fire drills and the CEO leaving first. But from what people at the London offices say, Hayward was always a nice boss who treated them great.
@iseepinkelefants I worked with them on a contract in Melbourne. They used to have fire drills. They said "clear 14th floor". Then Managing Director's helicopter leaves. Then "clear 15th floor", "clear 13the floor", etc. In other words, the rest of the (Australian) staff could be burnt alive as long as the bosses were saved. In BP, the culture always was "the bosses are the only ones who matter". They were so arrogant.
I wanna wipe that smirk off his bitch ass british scum face. Fuck the british! we beat them once we could nuke the shit out of their tiny little country
