Australian Champion Netball Goal Keeper Liz Ellis says she found the skit which was about her funny.

Something I forgot to mention
ABC bowed under pressure and pulled the skit from repeats (still on the whole episode on the website though)

The skit was a parody on this story
http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2009/05/07/2563957.htm
If you don't know much about it The woman had indeed consented to the whole incident only to later change her mind and shame NRL player Matty Johns, and it was also later revealed by one of her friends that she had boasted to her co-workers about having sex with multiple players and having a good time

I'd like to hear what you think of this recent drama, or if you knew about it, or if you even care about the drama.
Transcript of the Skit in question
Backlit Man: "At first it was just me and Liz Ellis and that was fine, but then one by one they all appeared and they all started clapping and cheering her on and they each tried a weird position,"
Interviewer : "What kind of weird position?"
Backlit Man: "Wing defence, centre goal attack, ... I'm sorry"

ACA and Today Tonight seriously cann't find better stories to cover during the week (Since 60 minutes and Sunday take all the seriously good stories).
So we have to put up with "Which soap is worse for your health?" and "Hey look! They had plastic surgery and don't they (think they) look great!"
I think they need to invest in better story researchers if they have to feed off a show that is willing to take the piss out of anything and anyone.

I enjoyed the show, the netball bit at the end was not a skit, but a coming next week clip.

Just watched the report on the ACA site - typical media beat up. Anyone who didn't recognise the skit as parody needs a reality check.
The only thing they should have done was make the skit a little more general (not naming a specific player or team) - if they had done that I doubt there would be an issue.
