I love how she twice mentions this news story isn't for kids -- like kids have put away their toys and video games for a chance to watch MSNBC. Then she twice says she's not sure she can read the very mild story of what the soldiers did to the corpse of the 15-year-old. Is she related to P. T. Barnum?

Why does everybody act so surprised by this? This has been a part of EVERY war.

They take ordinary people and train them TO KILL, then put them in a situation where killing is rewarded with medals & promotions. Then add to that stress of other people constantly wanting to kill THEM.

It adds up to some people "snapping", losing sight of their humanity & morality & killing indiscriminately.

Nothing NEW or UNEXPECTED in any of this.
