@Tha7Dude I saw a doc on this once, they can't take them off. After a period of time their necks are so stretched and so weak that the muscles are not capable of supporting their necks. During the doc one of women told a story of how someone in their village took off her rings, and died because her head fell and broke her neck.

@aznguy11111 They die. They're neck is supported by those rings, like their spine. And their real spines ligaments are stretched out so far that without the rings, they have no support at all for their neck and head. So essentially, their necks are broken.
