are you having any problems with movement, twisting or warping of the deck boards? you do know that you are supposed to provide proper air circulation for ANY south american hardwood deck board, especially when it is as close to the ground as your particular deck is.

We are not having any problems with the deck, and yes we do have spacers between the boards. As it ages, it has expanded the gaps between the boards by perhaps 1%, but no warpage is visible. Of course it's a little less than two years old now. It is also showing that gray finish, as anticipated.

What old people? No one died, we just took breaks fairly often!
