What's ironic about that is that while the relationship was pure as the driven snow and beautifully so, my sister and I have decided that the persistent violence of the other parts of the story were perhaps more than kids of our age could process and may have contributed to my sister's feeling that the world is not a safe place. As an adult, though, I see that the dichotomy is what made it so magical. LOVE this show!

Catherine got shot and Vincent visits her in the hospital. She tells him of a dream she had of him - of the two of them walking down
5th Avenue in the daytime and he got her an icecream and nobody looked twice. One of my top fave moments from Beauty and the Beast.
