My new truck. 1985 Jeep J10 4x4.

1985 Jeep J10 body and frame. 1979 Jeep J10 engine, transmission, and front axle. 4,300lbs truck. 4x4. Auto trans. AMC 360 V8. Long bed.
Heres it's story.
1985- bought as ranch truck and wore out. Sat in pasture with no engine or transmission.
1993- man bought for parts
1999- man has wreck in his 1979 J10 totals it. Puts the motor and transmission and front axle in 85. To hurt to drive. The whole motor and transmission have been rebuilt.
later- He's better but rats have chewed all the wires and hoses to pieces. So he doesn't mess with it.
2008- I work for this guy. He says take it home.
2009- I drive down, put it on a trailer, bring it home go to work.

@22crfrider22 It had sat in a field since '92. I got it free of charge. All I had to do was haul it away. The brown '79 short bed was free too but the guy said I couldn't get it till I finished the white one.

im thought they stopped making the j-10 in 83
