@Mythalinear I have no question that you or Craig could answer better than I could. Him being "accomplished" means nothing to me. He's wrong. Plain and simple.

God cannot be infinite. Not in knowledge, duration of existence, love, good, power etc. Nor is there any reason to think god exists. It's pointless to use something infinitely(figuratively) more complex than the thing you're trying to explain to try and explain the unanswered questions about that thing. It solves NOTHING.

If you think you can post that an accomplished apologist is COMPLETELY WRONG and makes NO SENSE on a random Youtube Video then that's one thing, but if you actually do have a point then take it up with the guy personally. Unless of course you actually don't know what your talking about and said accomplished apologist is unmoved by your criticism and can give reasons that do make sense both for his idea and against your criticism.

Craig's explanation as to why god can be infinite completely lacks merit. For such a deep thinker he sure gives and underhandedly dismissive response. Mr. Craig the problem lies with the very existence of god as he could not have existed for an infinite amount of time. The "qualitative" attributes you describe can be quantified. Similarly to the Hilbert hotel, conceiving of how an infinite amount of power can manifest is impossible. God cannot be infinite in any of the ways you suggest and more.
