  • This is really good, from a doctor just a friendly piece of advice, be careful when leaning on an upward facing palm, if you lose concentration or twist wrong it is really easy to fracture your wrist! Thanks for these videos!

  • Wow... you're really good looking. :D And a great tutor too! I really need to work with my arms... I train Karate and Jujutsu... my wrists and arms have sooo little flexibility. :/ I can't do many of these stretches... but I'm trying. The tricky part with arms is that the muscularity is so complex, and is easily injured. Do you perhaps have any more videos showing how to strength and stretch, for those who are NOT flexible in those areas, like myself? My muscles are REALLY short.Best wishes!! :D

  • Great video I have been doing these stretches for 2 weeks now and i'm here to say my wrist pain is nearly gone now thanks for the video and I have also been on my computer less so with a combination of those two things I think it should eliminate the weakness in my wrist altogether =).

  • I think you should make another of these, but with a person with tight wrists. Most of these stretches would really hurt me if I tried to do them like you.

  • Ah, this is so great. I've broken my write wrist, elbow, and hand all on separate occasions years ago and I was beginning to worry about my entire arm. I don't know if this will help me stay in certain positions but after I did it all the pain in my wrist is gone! It's amazing!
