  • she's goodl would lloovvee to know her. Anyway, I like this kind of training way bettert han elliptical machines and such, as it is way more functional, like cooking from scratch versus cooking from the box.

  • @OwNZorZ And vice versa

  • Those are some lethal high knee kicks lol

I like to do bench exercises - especially the bench or chair steps with 5 pound dumbell weights. The high knee steps are also my favorite, they are excellent workouts for the hips, thighs, glutes, hamstrings and are great for toning up the complete lower body while adding muscle and strength at the same time :)

  • great exercise for power in the quads if done with intensity for every rep!

  • Id love to do this, but when you do it people stare, or someone comes over and says "What is wrong with you? What are you doing? or some over panicky person calls the police on their cell phone,,or some tough guy comes over and says "you gotta problem?"

  • loooooool

  • That's a pretty decent exercise. It will build some nice CNS power, maybe burn some calories. It's not the greatest on an agility level, but it's pretty low impact, so it's good stuff.

Dips are lame if your legs are on the ground, they should be done suspended

  • then they are partaking exercise at their discretion.
