Pfft, most people on average drink about 3 glasses of water a day - I can manage at most the equivalent of 5-6 glasses and I'm rarely hungry if I do that. 24 glasses? Isn't that a little over kill? What about over hydration? Most people think anything over 10 glasses is too much, not to mention hard to manage.
