Teaching Past Life Meditation Techniques 101

Guidance prayer below: Instead of doing a meditation, which is difficult within a ten minute time frame, I wanted to share the techniques that I was taught and used with my students, many times over, and with great success. This is only the beginning - there will be more techniques share as time goes by.

This way you can apply this in your own time and space.

Of course, as aways, please share your experiences in order to assist others on the same path of discovery.

Remember - one must assume before one can discover - so look beyond what you believe and you might see.

@atomarane Makes sense. I felt Dawn's energy from somewhat near/far away floating in here and there. Wonder what she's doing. I have no idea what they do on the other side with their energy. I only know the little that I know about energy work here, and it's minute.

There are things that Dawn wants to tell me in private, so I'm waiting until that time comes for me to speak to her. That's later on down the road, though.

@DayMare2000 - no - they tell me when they are ready to tell me - as of now I am being blocked - but I don't feel it is anything major or bad.

@atomarane Are you or are you not allowed to tell me what this interference is? Or at least it's source?

@DayMare2000 - at this point I am not being allowed anything but my feelings are sayng it may be too soon - I still feel you may have some interference and being guided/guarded accordingly.

@atomarane Ah, yes, but do you have something I could substitute for the "work/play" part of the quest? Those elements aren't in my life and haven't been in my life since I was a young girl. Nothing recent there.

... I don't have anything on the recent work/play experience part; I don't work and I don't play. Could I have a substitute option for that?

Can't wait to try this. :) Hopefully when I'm living alone so that nothing gets in my way of anything.
