its a specially designed instrument with a sharp pointed tip.it punctures and splits the loose scrotal skin.

Thank you Doctor. I had seen so many video regarding vasectomy, I think your method is the best. No bloody, no cutting of the vas deferens, just tie-it up at both ends and sow it back up. So simple. No cauterization involved. great! Thanks for sharing this. I hope you post other video like TURP operation, or Hidrocele operation or Penile implants. Thanks!

My bad, the doctor still had to cut the vas deferens, just no cauterization of the cut vas deferens.
