My version. A sheet music transcription of this piece is on eBay - Search "Remembering You - Piano music". Originally written and played by Roger Kellaway as a closing theme in the "All in the Family" TV show.

  • Nice job! I bought the sheet music but the runs are not on there. Could you share the notes and your fingering for the one on the Eb?

  • @doctorziller1 ....@doctorziller1... I play chord of Eb7 in left hand. Right hand run is G Bb Db Eb played very loosely with fingers 1, 2, 3 and 4. I do this 3 times on these 4 notes (which are an inversion of the Eb7 chord).

You can use the same RH note intervals when playing most other dominant 7th chords. e.g. Chord of G7 in LH and a run on notes B D F and G (always same fingering 1, 2, 3 and 4).

And so on. Hope this helps.

  • You play beautifully, what type of camera did you record with?

  • @CHASETUR1 ....Thanks. I used my FlipMino HD - but the sound's not great for piano music.

  • Very nice voicing. I just found out someone did a transcription of this piece on Ebay.

  • @MrMusic1984.......Yes, for a transcription, Search eBay "Remembering You Piano Music"

  • Hi Dave..It's been a while but l've only just come across what must be one of the latest numbers in your repertoire, and immaculately delivered as always. This is one l haven't heard before but l love it already..l'm sure l can make some semblance of it if l listen it often enough. lt's an ideal number for my old 2 man' Hammond, especially with it having foot bass..we'll see. Stay well my friend.

  • Super show of camera!
