I must be missing something here...

If the hunter only covers my expenses, rather than also paying me for the work, then why should I work for a hunter?

@YTMrVulcan You gain free skills: in your weapon profession (pistol or rifle) and the defensive prof plus medic skills. Beginner jobs are mostly interesting for players, that don't deposit... so most of them look for anything they can do except the boring sweating job. (if you deposit, you don't look for jobs typically)

I can kill a lot mobs a lot faster than if I run to them, kill them and loot them myself. So for me the time I safe is worth the few PEDs I spwend to beginners on this.
