Thanks for posting that kool video !!! When I was your age(s),while getting my AA Laser Tech degree (later to work at Spectra-Physics)...when I wasn't filling cold traps (used in a high vacuum system) with liquid nitrogen (LN2), I was trying to make ice...pouring LN2 in a beaker full of water. Why I did not think of making Ice Cream...will I sure that my teacher John De Leone (San Jose City College) would have love to show the class how to make Ice Cream.
