Definitely...Family Guy just started going down hill with the irrelevant cutaways and the humor got dull but American Dad has managed to say funny.

I don't hate Family Guy, I love Family Guy, but I like American Dad! better.

I catch American Dad every now and then and it's cool... but even with Family guy not being as funny as before I would still say that Family guy is better by a long shot... I mean.. characthers like the Allien (which reminds me of Stewie) don't cut it for me as much...

I love how everyone's comparing Family Guy and American Da because it just proves how awesome Seth MacFarlane is to create two very simlilarly based shows yet make thm refreshingly different. We love you, Seth! <3 (PS, You're CD is great :)

Do any of you people actually watch Family Guy anymore? It's ok to say you like one more than the other but its bullshit if you're here hating on FG and its obvious 90% don't watch new episodes. Season 9 of Family Guy was one of their best seasons ever and huge comeback after the dissapointing season 8, but it is still funny. American Dad only got really good the past few seasons - the first 2-3 seasons were not that funny. Both shows are good though, if you are intelligent u dont have to choose
