no, his alter ego vincent price died after his mom scolded him but the actual kid didn't die.

I dont think people understand how reveloutionary this one little animation was, it changed everything. Tim Burton is a genius, simple as that, and i dont take that word lightly.

I just went to see his exhibition in the MoMA (Museum of Modern Art) in NYC and he's brilliant. He is one of a kind.
