This video review features everything you want to know about this game before buying it, and more.

If SimCity 5 can at least mimic what SimCity 4 did but with better graphics, it could be in contention for most immersive PC game of all time.

SimCity 4 Deluxe was developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts and Aspyr Media.

  • Never heard an italian-jewish-newyorkish accent all at once in my life.

  • Entertaining review, but you seem a little clueless at times xD. "Dirty Industry" means industrial factories that produce pollution and you don't zone for rich or poor, you zone for density. And btw, its damn well near impossible to manage a giant city and have excellent transportation and all that, little town yes, big cities take loads of time to get right.

  • Christopher walken?

  • @TheDinozRule thanks

  • @NegativeKarma1 oh okay thanks

  • @COWSgtHavoc you also won't be able to build mass transit like subways, buses etc.

  • i have a city that has 500000 population.

  • @COWSgtHavoc You do not get the ability to create advanced roads like avenues and other advanced roads like highways and 1 way roads so you should buy Deluxe because it has both of the games.

  • @ILuvCE ... wow is like the oposide of a game like this

  • this game looks kinda boring, i'd rather play wow than this

  • So if i buy sim city 4 without rush hour, what do i not get?

  • there is no limit to population-you can go into the millions. Also, i have had cities up to 100,000 people and had them prosperous, so in my judgement, a 20,000 pop. city is only a small to mid sized city.
