  • @enta3omry293 Swinging strengthens the joints pain-free. Doing bodybuilding-based training doesn't strengthen the joints at all. I hope you've tried kettlebell training, or did you just make assumptions before even trying?..

  • @enta3omry293 1. the weight acts in a different way, leverage and the mechanics acting on the body are different, and doing many of these exercises with dumbells are near impossible and put your joints in bad positions, 2. as long as you start with the correct weight your body will adapt to the stresses caused, remember KB's started with the russian military, they fight for their lives they have to put up with stress and shock, KB users train to be strong, not to look good in a mirror.

  • (1) what's the fucken difference between training these exercises with the same reps & sets by kettlebells and the dumbells??????????????

(2)I think that throwing and swinging the weight (any sudden shocks on the joints)

are very wrong and make many injuries.........am I right and if I'm wrong explain why plz
