12 -Year-Old Girl Kills Dad - Texas

May 4, 2009 - ABC News Reports: KATY, Texas - A 12-year-old girl is in custody after allegedly shooting her father [Mark Anthony Nelson] inside their Katy, Texas home. Police found the man in a bedroom of the home in the 3300 block of Jan Court. He had a gunshot wound to the head and later died in the hospital.

@HERO ... except someone who simply couldn't know any better. People are threatened by misdiagnosed or undiagnosed mentally ill loved ones every day in this country. It's pretty much the leading cause of homelessness among adult behavioral patients in America. I knew a couple of schizophrenics who ended up in the system after attacking family members.

But yeah, nobody *sane* would kill their father for no reason, If her allegations were true, CPS will say so soon. Give it a minute.
