There is a war going on apparently and I have a strategy to win it! But I bet the soldiers won't fight because the cost is more than they can stand

  • pastorgeorge, with all due respect, you have to learn to see beyond "it was killing him to see this angel on the city hall". Usually we atheists don't mind seeing public exhibitions of faith. If you ask me this was more of a counter protest rather than a protest. I am sure you have heard of all the protests made about the signs saying "Don't believe in God? You're not alone." Well, now you guys know how it feels to try to be unnecessarily censored due to intolerance. What do you think?

  • I was pretty clear what I think in the video. I think that believers should stop with all outside celebration and preparations for Christmas. No buying no decorating nothing. Celebrate it in your homes and churches. Don't spend a single red cent on it.

Then the Athiest community will have won! Till the layoffs begin that is.

  • wow! how long does it take to get your car inspected?

  • Usually I drop it off the evening before and it is ready the next afternoon. It was actually ready to go yesterday but I didn't go get it.

Not a bad walk really but too snowy to cut through the graveyard today.

  • Christmas is a good thing because somewhere along the Holiday Season I bet everyone everyone thinks about G-d at least once. As evidenced by the person that was taken aback by the presence of the decorative Angel on the top of the Christmas tree. Of course this is a free country with all kinds of differing beliefs and disbeliefs so we must be careful not to offend anyone or impose our Christianity on anyone. But in these economic hard times I think we need to support the merchants/families.

  • Probably so brother - Hard to come up with a rational thing in under 10 minutes. But my point is that these very same folks who don't want Chritmas have no problem with enjoying the money that flows from it. Just seems like a double standard to me.

  • tat comment is filled with christian values, god bless. Guess which literary concept similar to irony i used in my previous statement. Hint: it was sarcasm

  • Theres a couple of details here. First, there is no war on christmas. We don't want to censor you, we want you to not censor us, we protest to make a point. Second, consumism goes to both atheists and christians. we also do gift exchanges during christmas, it can be said that we celebrate the cultural consumist part of christmas, but not the religious one. Thrid, most corporations are owned by christians. It is not an atheist that will live on the streets when toysr'us goes bankrupt.

  • Commemorating the incarnation of Jesus is not a principle taught in the Bible. If it was, it certainly would be mentioned in I Corinthians 15:1-4KJV

  • Nice...Well said brother!

  • I really enjoy your video. I wish it would be just that easy to cut out the commercialism just for one Christmas. I think a lot of people would really wake up. I was just curious about why you would have to leave your car for just an inspection because it takes all of maybe 10 minutes here including paperwork. lol

"too snowy to cut through the graveyard" hmmm....I'm trying to envision this concept of snow. ha ha I actually had to turn the AC on again yesterday.

  • What a great idea!

I love to bless cashiers. When my daughter and I check out, we ALWAYS say, "Have a blessed day" or "G-d bless you today" -- and even the hardest person seems to be shocked and blessed. During the Christmas season I hear a lot of "Happy Holidays" and I in turn say, "And Merry Christmas to you" ... 98% will say "Merry Christmas to you too." Sad really.

  • bluh.....shopping......only time of the year i hate .......its christmas time.....i stay far away from stores around christmas time......
