Doctor Robert was John Lennon's dentist who could get LSD. John and George Harrison both tripped for the first time when Dr. Robert gave them a "newly discovered" drug.

@xxLGagaxx ......Dr. ROBERT FREYMANN was a NYC "speed doctor" for celebrities who wrote many a prescription. All you had to be was "feeling down" and he'd "pick you up" from his magic cup. Talk about the early versions of energy drinks. Peter Fonda and Jack Nicholson were typical clients. Maybe a Dianne Cannon type.

an often neglected song from the beatles that is actually a great song in both story and musical presentation. john did a wonderful job with lyrics here. and the music has simularities to crosby, stills, nash, and young's later offerings, but they didn't exsist yet! once agian beatle innovation ahead of the curve!
