This short (10-minute) workout will help you reshape your butt and legs (quads, hamstrings, inner thighs and outer thighs). Work out with this video anywhere, without any equipment! For a longer workout, simply repeat the video.

  • whenever i stretch my right leg (such as with the stretches at the end) my hip flexor hurts too much for me to stretch it, but the left one is fine. is this just because i need to stretch it more often?

  • @imajazzbandnerd It's common to have different levels of tightness or flexibility on each side of the body, but yah, you should try to balance them out. Don't stretch to the point of pain!

  • is it okay to do all 5 workouts everyday?

  • It's OK to do more than one of these in a day, but if you do, you'll need to rest from these workouts the next day.

  • should we have a day of rest somewhere in between these workouts or should we rest on day 8?

  • It's a month-long workout plan where you exercise daily for 4 weeks. It's designed so that you work different muscles each day so rest for those specific muscles is built in.

  • I do 4 of the 7 days every day and I've seen great results. Doing just one day at a time isn't enough of a work out.

  • i have a question, if we do not breathe correctly, does it affect the exercise?? cause i'm having a problem where i breathe the Opposite of what she says... ( when she says to exhale, i inhale :X) it's a bit hard to fully control my breathing... :X

  • i only started doing this yesterday and i can't wait to see results like the people in the comments! I find that doing only one though doesn't tire me out, so i've done 4 today and i'll do the rest the next day, for a month.

  • argh. may have grabbed my leg a little too hard on those last stretches... ouch.

  • i made a goal for myself to workout everyday for 30 days. I've been doing your 10 minute videos everyday before going to sleep...eating regulary everyday and drinking only water. I'm on day 15 of my 30 day challenge and i've already lost 12 pounds. It wasn't even hard at all and since I don't really have access to the gym, this works out perfect for me. =) thank you... =)

  • im 11 turning 12 and if i do the whole entire bootcamp workouts for the summer and try to eat right do you know how much pounds i would lose and will i see resluts everyday by one workout if your just a kid

  • How does this workout/what exercises in it work the inner thighs?

  • I do 4-5 workouts per day, and i wrote a comment on day 1 and 2 that I lost 50lb with this workouts and ofcourse eating right!
