I wouldn't go as far as the BEST, but a very kick-ass game. It's probably my fave obscure fighter, up there with Tuff E Nuff.

I got this game for free when I was 6, and I'm glad I did, because now, 15 years later, I finally watched the show, and it's easily one of my favorite anime. I didn't even know this was based on a show/manga when I first got this game, but finally seeing the show cleared up the misconceptions I had with some of the characters.

I always thought the girl and boy Ranma were two different people, Akane was a little boy, and human form Pantyhose was a girl. LOL

Great game. Brings back some nice times. But I always found weird that I had to press a button in order to jump in a fighting game. xD
