"If we win this race, you have to crack the back of the car," Knaus could be heard telling Johnson on the recording. "Got it?"

"Really?" Johnson replied, sounding surprised.

"Yes," Knaus said. "Got it? You don't have to have to hit it hard, you don't have to destroy it. But you've gotta do a donut and you've gotta hit the back end, or somebody's gotta hit you in the ass-end or something. OK?"

After Johnson responds with apparent silence (he can't be heard saying anything else), Knaus added, "You'll be alright. Can't take any chances."

  • @flubber342 lengthened during the race...how would he do that...???

  • @kuraimauri Yeah..maybe there was a NASCAR official in the "trunk"...lol

  • I think johnson was aware that there was a camera recording in the car and couldn't believe Knause was talking about it.

  • These guys are always pushing the limits of what you can do technically. On one hand it's respectable that they're trying to be so innovative. On the other, they come across as really devious when they're trying to work around things that are already in the rulebook.

  • @josh10177 I said that I did'nt have any proof

  • @flubber342 And You fucking got undisputed proof of that?

  • @glynnracing79 that is why I said DURING the race, learn to read, and I was goin to write that was my guess on what happend but I did'nt have time to.

  • @flubber342 the car was not lengthened..it would of not passed tech.

  • @kuraimauri Chad Knaus had the car lenthend in the back during the race to reduce drag, unfortunatly it did'nt work due to so many cautions
