I don't think it's that Hester has regressed so much as it is that people expect him now. The reason he doesn't get as many return touchdowns is because nobody kicks it to him any more; when they do, his success rate is probably higher than it was in his rookie season.

how has he regressed? they just tried making hima number 1 reciever so all he could do was return punts and when he did that he was already worn out from playing offense thats why they cut down on his playing time at wide out this year...he set the record for yards a punt return with 17.4... he beat the record by like five yards..o ya he definetly is regressing dumb shits
