Wow That is diffrent...I remember walking through the park well that was flooded....I wasnt happy because my mom wouldnt let me go into the water!!! >:[

Curious to know how the water levels fluctuating, was this after a storm or rainie days?
There is flooding in Idaho and Montana and that water is heading for the Colombia.

@upRootedNymph The Willamette is controlled by a bunch of big dams upriver. The water level we are seeing in the video is directly controlled by the Army Corps of Engineers in charge of those dams. There was a lot of water in the last couple of weeks so they are draining off the lakes.
