Just fail but keep on failing, work on just getting your belly off the ground, then work on getting an inch of space between your belly and ground and so forth ^_^ I'm a chick that hadn't done a single (real) push up before my personal fitness class in my senior year of high school. Now I can drop down and do 15 (because that was what was required of us) at any time.

@kcired23 that means you're not jerking off enough. no i'm kidding. you don't have enough strength to push yourself up yet, with that one hand. so just go jer..i mean, keep doing it until you've mastered it.
