I love learning Flash Actionscript 3.0 from Justin. HIs explanations and pace are perfect for me. Knowing nothing about actionscript, I was completely lost the first time I tried following one of his tutorials. His approach and logic makes learning easy and I follow his techniques because they just make sense.

I'm no expert but following his techniques has me on my way.

I prefer flash, nothing against toon boom, but that is what I like because it has more capabilities, with actionscript and works well with other adobe products like photoshop, illustrator, and after effects.

I love animate. It's way more efficient than Anime Studio and flash combined.
