@jblevins90 Hell yes he said he would be more than glad to fight GSP, in fact he said that would be the one fight he would be the most excited about. Let them fight at their current weights, whatever it's 15 lbs if it's such a big issue not to mention GSP is a pretty strong welterweight even though he is short and that's not the point of this because when fighters really want to fight each other they deal with it.

Comparing weight gaining from multiple weight classes proves your ignorance, A 285lb heavyweight can lose 20 lbs like it is nothing. Have you ever seen someone try and cut from 160 to 135 or 145. It is a whole different process and time span. Aside from cutting weight being hard, it takes longer to gain muscle mass the lose weight. GSP doesnt want to just make weight he wants to be at a healthy weight. Lastly, Silva didnt want to do the fight at first like you think. BY

I don't know where you get your information from but Dana White said from the very beginning that there was no way he would allow Jones fight Anderson because Anderson has been the champion for 6 years and Bones just got the title last year, he doesn't deserve it yet so I don't know how you think he ducked not to mention you'll find Anderson saying he'll fight any1

Your ignorant! Do you even realize what the natural weight difference is between those two fighters. Anderson Silva is a large middleweight, and GSP is a very mediocre sized welterweight. GSP would have to take a half a year off at least just to put the appropriate weight on and then another 6 months for fight camp. And on top of that for a whole year no one is able to compete for the welterweight belt. There is a lot to consider for a fight like that. DUMBASS!!!
