  • Thanks Bill. Inspiration and hope are great gifts to give. Have you considered including autism, which is also brain injury, in your calling? Families dealing with it have great need of inspiration, hope and sosme of the things that can make positive gains.

    Thanks again,

    claire

  • @ClaireCovington Thanks for your comments; I have an autistic son that is 12, and we are excited about the progress he's made with vision therapy and prism glasses, following the therapy suggested in "Seeing through new eyes" by Melvin Kaplan. And we've started posting some of the Autism Speaks fundraisers we've been supporting to also bring awareness. I'm also on the Autism Speaks ning site. Let's keep in touch!!

  • Hi Bill. A friend of mine shared your story on facebook. I was in a car accident in 2005 and diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2006. I've experienced a lot of pain, fatigue and depression throughout the years and am currently going through a divorce. While I haven't suffered a stroke or head trauma, your story has inspired me. I know recovery is a journey both physically and mentally. Thank you for being a beacon, creating possibility for a greater and better world. I too will share your story.

  • Bill, thank you so very much for sharing your story and goals with us. I am a trainer, member of Florida speaker's Assoc, and a speech pathologist and orofacial myologist. I am currently working with a young lady with whom I am anxious to share your video. You are truly making a difference and I wish you all the best that life can possibly offer you. Sandra R.Holtzman
