Very Smart, and thanks for the video.

@MiKocwalk the built-in mic you can hear ambient sound on the background, kind of light a slight breeze passing through the mic.
-
@PMeromuziq: The input for an external microphone is STEREO. I tested that before with the Azden SMX-10. Sure, I can make a video to proof that.

It's funny that the built-in mic sounds better than N E thing others on U-Boob have tried with the cam =)) Maybe try using a real mic instead of 1 with no lows or highs 2 it =D The main prob. W/the Sanyoz is the sound is MONO 'cuz both mics face forward (retarded). They should @ least put 'em on the sides.

I'm a film maker in the making, but I need someone to answer a few questions please

2.) is there any other external mics I could get? Thanks

@ZackTheBeast99: Hi there, to answer your questions: 1. It's very good for what it is, but of course a DSLR with a much larger sensor is better (e.g. Canon 550D/600D). 2. Yes, lots of other mics from Rode, Azden, Audio Technica etc.

@HDTVTCFILMS: As far as I know, yes it's the only one with an external mic jack and it's also the one with the largest image sensor (1/2.5"). The others are just 1/3.2".
