ya its respectful to kick someone, better yet, kick someone in an area where it gives them a concussion and makes them unconscious. Yeah, soooo respectful! Lets beat each other up for no reason and call it sport. Totally ancient rome...oh wait, this is 2010.

@buggeroff11 you're totally right she stood there and that's already great!

She won't be happy untill she causes some permanant harm.
Oh yes have the guts to get out on the mat & have the courage to have a go only to be called a 'hackneyed loser'? she may have lost this match but she is no 'loser'

@mrkiky In most Kyokushin organizations, hand and elbow strikes to the head or neck are prohibited. However, kicks to the head, knee strikes, punches to the upper body, and kicks to the inner and outer leg are permitted. Full-contact sparring in Kyokushin is considered the ultimate test of strength, endurance, and spirit...Yes, KOs are common and you always hit as hard as you can to the body target areas.

Tochniq udar v tochnoto vreme. Bravo.

so the rules are they can only kick to the head, but no punches? Are KO's accidental or do you always hit as hard as you can?

Referee is very inexperienced .. His job is to conduct the match. Once the person is knock out on the floor and other personals are attending the injured person, he should announce the match is over for then winner. Then he can follow up with the injured person.... But instead, he spent his time nosing around until the end of this clip...and still did not show he declare the winner or not. He is not able to help the injured person neither. Just walking around like a headless chicken...

Stupid rules. No head kicks with arms, but legs are available to hit. When you watch it first time you think about it as nonsense. The fight lasts, but the result is sudden and unexpected.
