@queenTrdh I know the aztec clay says for external use only but I think it is because of laws and regulations. I drink it all the time and I never seemed to have a problem. I mean all it is is calcium bentonite clay, unless they are putting preservatives in it and not putting it on the ingredients which should be illegal and plain wrong.

The Bentonite clay I have says for external use only it's Aztec brand & you get it @ whole foods in the beauty section. Is the there one spec for ingesting???

@queenTrdh Yes, it is in the detox section of the supplements isle. Look for the "Great Plains" brand.
