@studer3500 I agree to your points but to compare Raj Kapoor to Balraj Sahani is trying to compare Tom Cruise with Al Pacino. Balraj Sahani is an actor and Raj is primarily an entertainer. His fans prefer him for his overall aptitude in all areas of cinema if you look at his black and white cinema only, he has created great masterpieces and even though he had support of great singers, lyricists and musicians he was able to tie them together to give us timeless songs. Again its a matter of choice
@MrRagbag - it is not a question of liking or disliking an actor. What I can't stand is the blatant copying work of others and passing as your own. RK etc were very lucky to have fantastic singers (Lata, Mukesh, Rafi etc.) and writers (Hasrat Jaipuri, Sailendra, Sahir, Sakeel etc) and MDs. As saz9297 states RK and co. had the hugh support (family & financial) to make any crap film and get away with it. Based ONLY on their acting ability they are a failure.
It is your own choice not to like Raj and his brothers just as I dont like some other actors. But it is not correct to say they had long and successful careers only because of their father is wrong. If that was true, Randhir Kapoor, Rajiv Kapoor, Suneil Anand, Kumar Gaurav or Kunal Goswami would have been successful
you are very right. i fully agree. rajkpoor was simply a clown, copier of chaplin. he and his brothers were in films only because of father (my personal opinion, not necessary to agree by others)

@MrRagbag - You only need to compare RK & co to talented actors like Balraj Sahni, Rajendra Kumar, Rehman and Mehmood to see the hugh gulf in talent.

all women actresses are great, they can really act as opposed to the clown actors like Raj Kapoor (no talent)who can only copy Charle Chaplin
