A tutorial which show you how to change the rollers in a 157qmi/j engine and replace them.

I know putting a screwdriver in the fan is the worse way to do it but the idea of the tutorial is to only use basic tools that most people have laying around. Most people don't have an impact wrench to hand.

Replacing the cracked washer in my bike was later on the death of my bike and I don't recommended replacing any parts you are unsure about. I changed the clutch a couple of days later and didn't put the washer back in as it broke into many pieces and later on when driving the variator came loose and chewed up the belt and left me stranded in the middle on nowhere.

  • i was going to comment on ur way to losen that nut but when i read description and i totaly understand why i did as u did.

  • I have now bought a portable 12v impact wrench from ebay. I have to say it has come in very handy and is perfect for stuff like this, I use it all the time. Will be posting videos of performance clutch and full engine rebuild soon.

  • little too quick with all that my friend damn have to run it slow motion just the placement of the rollers and you never did answer how the performance was

  • k where the heck is your rubber type washer in the cover. If you dont have it the metal cover will melt and stick to the other metal part behind the vairator.

  • did u gain any noticeable difference in axxeleration?

  • @PIMPYOURPED nice.. and ill post a vid of my projects when i fire em up ;D

is 12v rly enough? well i guess its perfect for small jobs right?
