And also dude, he shifts sooo fast, that he doesnt let it build up. Honestly look at it, he kid goes to 5th gear sooo quickly, that when he actually holds the throttle open, its not at its powerband cause it needs to be reved higher in its previous gears. He lose's alot of speed shifting from 2-5. Definitely needs to hold those gears out longer

the reason we put low end torque on a 125 is because a 125 naturally doesnt have enough torque, but mostly cos i ride it more enduro-style up the escarpment with other 450's etc, so i have a hard time keep up on the big hills, i only use 1st 2nd n 3rd most of the time

Idk what most of you are talking about, XR600 destroys the KX125 in most ways, the KX maybe, just maybe, would pull in the very beginning with experienced drivers, but the XR has tons more torque, and it has alot of weight, thus great traction. With experienced riders, and stock bikes, the XR600 would win. I used have a rm125and an XR600, the XR600 won 90% of the time.

oh my bad then. i raced an xr 600 at the track (i know, not the ideal place for an xr600) and i beat it easy. i just assumed it would be the same outcome in a straight line.

no actually the 2009 crf 450r runs about 49 hp at 9,000 rpm
