2, 3, and 9 have the best soundtracks by far. 2 is my personal favorite but I can understand someone liking 3 or 9 better.

MM4 is still the best of the series, sad that it didn't get a video too. The level design, boss fights, soundtrack, and silky smooth framerate made it leagues better than 2 OR 3.
