  • They say intense short workout and mixing it up is better than long and the same workout that your body is getting used to it, hiking is also good because your body is working the core.

  • Oh! One last thing, I think alot of times the reason why we eat when were not hungry is because were feeling deprived in some way, so you might want to sit down and make a list of everything you love to do that gives you joy, maybe you love to take bubble baths, maybe stretching, art, etc. Put these different things you love to do on different pieces of paper, and put them in a jar. When you are in need of nurturing instead of food, you'll have some ideas that are creative to fall back on!

  • well, I am sure you have firmer legs with all the exercise you do - also, steady weight is really GREAT. I wonder if changing 1 thing in your routine if that might jump start your metabolism. Idea: How about getting the tahini and honey out of your kitchen for 1 month. I found while doing the master cleanse I got to a point where I rejoiced in that empty feeling that I would usually fill with snacking. I think that when I actually feel the hunger, that is when I am really losing weight. : )

  • THANK YOU!!! I love your advice!!!! Its amazing how rare it can be that we actually feel real hunger! I would love to get the tahini out of the house but unfortunately I make food for clients that uses Tahini in some of the recipes. Even though its in the house, I have to make the commitment to keep it out of my mouth!!! Thank You again!! :)

  • There's a few things you might be able to do to help you to lose weight. #1 you could incorporate breath of fire this breathing exercise is from yoga, you can youtube it on how to do it. #2 You can also incorporate body flex, this deep breathing exercise really works to help take off the weight, and take off massive inches,(yes, it really works!) if you need to find out the technique just let me know I'll be more than happy to tell you!
