  • I might try this with deer meat, yum.

  • Not only a slow cooker but a couple of slow cookers!

  • I would love to try this with boneless chicken breast. I really wish you had an RSS feed for your website, don't want to do email list.

  • The corn syrup in the Coke or Dr. Pepper caramalizes. You can also use some pancake syrup.

  • To the questioner regarding cutting the meat and returning it to the croc pot: I think I would cut it if I wanted to serve it over rice or noodles, but I would leave whole if serving as a roast. Nice to have two ways to serve.

  • @cabbieswife1 I was able to buy Cambell's... I never saw it before either.

  • @linky4now, the printed recipe calls for a rump roast and says cut slits in the roast for the onion/garlic pieces, it's printed right below. @pogy Joe, I once picked out the obvious pieces of mushroom and my family who hates mushrooms never said a word and commented they liked the sauce! :)

  • it sounds great do have some lower sodium and less fat recipes. I do love your ideas.

  • The written recipe says to cut then put back in for 2 hours....the video states nothing of cutting it? Which is it?

  • What could the golden mushroom soup be substituded with? My husband does not like anything with mushrooms. Thanks. Love your recipes!!!
