Medal Of Honor European assault soundtrack - dogs of war. I pulled this together to see if it could be done on the piano, and here is the result. It's pretty simple, but hopefully it's ok. Feel free to rate and comment, they'd be appreciated :)

  • I have finished the tutorial (not for this video, but the longer version I did for Dogs Of War)! Take a look in the video description or click the annotation on the video to go and watch it :)

  • Good work!! Can I have the notes?

  • @NtinosSkater all in good time :) I have more free time now so I'll try and finish the tutorial as soon as possible :)

  • I perfected this one by ear and will try to make sheet music ASAP.

ps. THIS one is totally better than the newer one :D

  • @HDavid22 hmmm perhaps, I think this one has a bit more soul, but the other one is technically more accurate and covers the whole of the actual piece. If you can make the sheet music, I put a link to it on here and on the other video crediting you, if you'd like :)

  • @GeneralVariety Yeah the other one is more accurate, and longer, but I really like the improvising you've done on this one...

And don't worry about credit for sheet music, I'm still perfecting your chords cause I can't see them. If you could message me the chords you use in the order you play them, that would help SO MUCH. Cause I get the song ok, but my chords aren't quite the same so it sets a completely different tone.

  • @HDavid22 Argh, I am making the tutorial for the new one, not this one - hopefully I can remember how to play this one, I'll see if I can, and then get back to you with the chords for it, most of the time it's just chord two notes down, or in the case of G, I would use an Eb chord to do it. I'll see what I can do with getting the the chords to you :)

  • You did amazing on this song, Christopher Lennertz would be proud.

  • @GeneralVariety

Oh no I can take the chords for the other version, that's the one I'm learning. I can always work with what I have to replicate this one. But if your doing a tutorial I can wait.

  • Very nice! It takes true skill to learn a piece on the piano completely by ear. Can't wait for some form of sheet music! I think a MIDI file would be best for sharing with other people.
