How to play Tomorrow Too Late by Saves the Day

This is how to play Tomorrow Too Late from the album In Reverie. It's the closest I can come to a pretty accurate guitar tutorial. Maybe 2 chords are different, but they beat the hell out of tabs, right?

It's important to know that this song is tuned to E flat, meaning that every string is down a half step. Other than that there are no tricks to the song besides excellent guitar work by Chris Conley...

And please, don't ask me for tabs; this should suffice.

Thanks for the tutorial. What chord is that a 4:04? And may I ask how you're playing C sharp minor? I think I'm playing it differently.

The chord at 4:04 is XX1222, but I sometimes get lazy and play XX4222 because it sounds exactly the same and you don't have to move your hand from the previous chord (XX4224).
