First time trying this drill after seeing LGL demonstrate it on tv. Shot from a kodak zi6. Net height ~150mm. Gatorade bottle height ~192mm. Opening Width ~150mm. Ball ~40mm

  • First off you throw too fast man. If you can control your throw, then you can get the ball to travel the tunnel. Also it's the swing that makes the ball have heavy backspin not the motion.

  • Thanks for the tips. In games, I do slow down my serve tosses, but this drill I was just trying to work on height control. From the net to the top of the gatorade bottle is about 41-42mm (horizontal opening, about 6 inches), so only about 1-2mm room for vertical error.

    I would love to see some unedited demonstrations if you have any. or any other creative types of drills, thanks.
