Thank you, Terry for your encouraging comment. I´m very happy you like also my guitar-playing, Guitar is my second instrument and I´m spending much more time to practise on piano than on guitar. But I like it also very much.
My mother has wished some guitar-pieces for her birthday, so I have decided to record them.
Have warm greetings from me, too!

Andreas! How exciting to see another dimension of your sensitive musicianship. Very beautiful.
I hope we will see more of your guitar work, too! *notice I say "too" so as not to eclipse thepiano!
Warm greetings from South Florida, ~Terry

Dear Andreas! I didn't know you play a second instrument - and you play it so well! Also the recording quality is great and supports the sonorities of the guitar nicely. I absolutely love this old song, only remember parts of a German translation - "Ein Blick, ein Kuss von Dir, ja selbst der Tod, der Tod mit Dir wär Wonne mir." Best wishes, Tobias

Dear Tobias,
thank you for your kind and very encouraging comment! It was an interesting experience for me to make a guitar-recording. (I completely had to change my recording-settings, which I usually use for piano-recordings.)
I love this old song, too, and the German translation is so romantic, that one could believe, it belongs to the 19th century. Really fantastic!
Thank you very much!

I never heared these fret noises on a concert guitar before. Thought they'd depend on Western. Nevertheless they add a special kind of originality

Hi Björn,
these noises of the fret and strings are absolutely usual for a concert guitar. You always hear them more or less. This depends also very much on the position of the microphones, which I have had very close to the fretboard while recording. It was my full intention to make them audible on my recordings, because they are so typical for a guitar-recording and I personally like this kind of natural sound!
