That is Bashful Brother Oswald (Pete Kirby) on Dobro, not Tut Taylor. Oswald was in Roy's band for decades.

The lady playing the banjo in this clip is Rachel Veach of Peytonsville, Tennessee. She was one of the best players of Pre-bluegrass finger-style Old-Time banjo.
